JULIAN Speroni's late penalty save ensured that Crystal Palace doubled their Premier League points tally.

Burnley won the spot-kick with five minutes to play as Mile Jedinak hauled over Lukas Jutkiewicz inside the box.

But Speroni dived to his left and managed to get a hand to Scott Arfield's penalty.

On an afternoon where all Palace eyes were on returning fans' favourite Wilfried Zaha, the winger was unable to mark it with a match-winning display.

The on-loan Manchester United wideman rarely got on the ball in areas where he could hurt Burnley. Although he did cut inside Kieran Trippier and fired off a shot which Tom Heaton could only parry - Jason Shackell coming close to prodding the loose ball over his own goal-line in the 12th minute.
