Lomas denies link with Millwall hotseat SCOTTISH Premier League boss Steve Lomas has denied having any contact with Millwall, following the resignation of manager Kenny Jackett. The former West Ham, QPR and Manchester City star steered humble St Johnstone to third spot in Scotland this season and is currently one of the favourites for the Den role, at 14-1. That achievement means the club will play in the Europa Cup for the second year in a row - an unprecedented success for the Saints and Lomas, who took over at McDiarmid Park, Perth, in November 2011. Interviews begin tomorrow for the post, with up to six candidates being given the chance to show how they could build on Jackett's success. Lomas has also been linked to the hotseat at Championship rivals Doncaster, filled by former City star Paul Dickov two days ago.
